Homeschooling
Have you ever wanted to homeschool? For the past year and a half, I have homeschooled our daughter.  First you need to decide how and what you wish to teach your child.  You can follow your school district's guidelines, enroll in an online academy, etc.  There are lots of helpful books out there to help you make an educated decision.

Someone Named Eva by Joan M. Wolf Notes :: A moving WWII story about a Polish girl who was taken by the Nazi's to become a German citizen. Some parts are sad but it is a good book with lots of bravery. Rated (5++) (HF) Feb. '09
